Electric Fuel Pump

I fitted it back in 2008 so no idea of pressure we set it to but yes it was adjustable.
Just had a look at the original photo and the reg is a Holley https://www.holley.com/products/fuel...rs/regulators/

Hello Colin,

Thanks for the identification. I have a pressure gauge I will hook it up and connect it up just before the carburettor to see what pressure the pump is running at. It could be very interesting.

I will also check out the flow rate specifications for the Stromberg BXU carburettors. I used to use pressure and flow rate gauges for irrigation installations - just have to find it in the old shed :Rolling:

Hello Dark,

Did you get your carburettor and fuel pressure issues sorted out. You have a Stromberg thread running too. Is this another vehicle or the same one you started this thread on back in November last year?

This thread re the 109 - i have done nothing further re the fuel pump as its my daily driver and so long as it starts , runs and stops ok i am reluctant to fiddle with it, so i have copied the thread into a work doc for future ref. Re the stromberg , this is on the donated series 2 and needs a kit put through it which i have but have not done anything with yet.Since its only ever going to be a bush basher i'm not in such a rush with it. The starter motor also needs a look at.
