The colour is Telecom Gold. Civil Aviation and Commonwealth Works used similar yellows but are noticeably different. PMG fleet colour was Mercury Red.
Thanks for the info but Mine is definitely orange thou and was definitely ex Telecom as you can still see on doors telecom wording and previous owner bought at a government auction with the paperwork which I will pick up one day when I can be bothered driving 400 km ha haQuote:

Don't quote me on this but, I think the ignition coil cannot be mounted upside down as they will leak cooling oil. At least the old ones used to. ? ?
