    Bought for parts

Been doing a bit when getting time stripped the engine besides lots of carbon build up was in good condition

Gave the the head a good scrub
Fitted new set of valve guides ,core plugs and lapped valves on head

Cleaned up bottom end replaced rear main and t seals and crank seal fitted new core plugs then refitted head set valves and ready for paint
All painted back together as much as I can still waiting on parts there on the slow boat to here I think oh the fuel pump and exhaust manifold are only sitting on engine need the screw in core plugs behind it and new block drain tap and fuel pump waiting on kit

Looking good for a quick clean up.👍
Did you source the brake parts locally or from uk?
About to drag our series III 88” Ute back from holiday house to do rear springs and a full brake rebuild.

Just a comment - the section of hose on the carburettor intake below the elbow looks too long - make sure you have bonnet clearance when its all together.
