sorry Colin , I'm not getting it. Is that post saying the 11717 is an AYG number ? and if so , what does AYG stand for please?
cheers,
D
Sorry, didn't read the question at the end and just posted a link about wheel rim part numbers.
The AYG number is AYG 8038. This rim has a raised rib between the bolt holes.
No idea what a 11717 is......Google doesn't seem to know either.
Colin
Thanks Colin. No worries. I couldn't find mention of the 11717 anywhere either. Other than the number - it looks the part.
cheers,
D
If I turn it upside down , I can almost see 272??? but the sizes of the different numbers just don't look right. I think that's a red herring.

Duh! A bit more sandpaper action.

nothing much happening pending influx of funds to tackle the floor of the shed, installing a 15amp outlet for the welder (Sparky booked) and buying the welder itself. In the meantime - I've removed a plate riveted onto the drivers side foot-well to reveal more rot and the last of the 5mm black tarmac type stuff that lined the whole of the inside of the cab and under the seat base. Glued and riveted. This has produced so may holes that If I don't get the thing back on the road , I'm going to park it by the front gate and put a night light in it. Decided to see if I can get the electrics going - when I got it all the lamp holders were munted and nothing worked so I decided to rig up the attached to make it easier to follow the wiring and hopefully get it functioning again.
cheers,
