Good idea guys. I think a 1 piece windscreen chopped down by a few inches would look cool
So I ran out of time last month and unfortunately the Rover didn't make it to the show in Jindabyne. I went but no Rover 😔
So Iv continued working on her and actually took a massive step and bought a fully custom built chassis. It was built a few years ago by a few guys I know who owned a shop here in Melbourne called dw customs. It's notched and fully bagged. It came with all air gear, compressors and fuel cell. They built this chassis and had it on display in there workshop, when they closed the shop they sold the chassis and since then she has been passed around to a few owners, the paint looks **** now and some surface rust on some fittings, but everything is there still and the workmanship is top notch and will pass an engineer. Plan is to mount the series body on the hilux chassis and the 3.5 v8 will be used also. The other benefits of using this chassis is parts are easy, better brakes and I can find some decent wheels for it..... which I already did 😉 Some black 22s

This is all CGI, but I found this cool.

That thing looks awesome
I don't know why you'd remove factorty 35's and portal axles to fit F1 tryes... nor do I know where the 6.3L V8 went... but it helps to keep the dream alive.
