You got one at last!
other stick sounds like it may be an overdrive.
Re the starting - check for fuel / spark etc .
Any pics would be good.

Finally my series 3 arrived after a bit of drama with transport as it rufused to get off from the transport truck 😃 to store at my mate place while I am away overseas. Accroding to the seller the brakes are all new but it looks like it stuck but not sure whether its the brake or the 4wd system stuck. The fron wheels are locked and the rear spin in reverse direction. If we push backward it spin forward according to my mate. Engine is also very clean. It cranking but it doesnt want to start. Anyone can give any clue? Also there is another stick next to handbrake but dont know whats that for. The seller says it has capstan winch and manual diff lock.

Front hub seems stuck. Can't move to unlock it. Any tips how to unlock stuck hub? Cheers. Gus
Need a bit more info otherwise it's just guesswork.....
Does it have a freewheel hub fitted ?
Was the vehicle jacked up to confirm the wheel won't turn ?
Does it turn a fraction or is it locked solid ?
Could be a number of things......for a hub to 'stick' it could be the wheel bearings have seized or the driveshaft is stopping it turning (if there isn't a freewheel hub or the freewheel hub is engaged). If the brakes have jammed on it could also be a number of different things causing it.
Maybe remove the drive flange and see if the wheel/hub then turns. Next remove the wheel and the brake drum.

If it has recently had brake work, I would suspect incorrect assembly of the brakes. This can lead to brakes seizing.

Thanks guys. Hub finally unlocked with help of hammer and steel bar.
Will check brakes etc after.
With the dashboar, anyone knows where to get it restored or buy a complete new one or can buy pieces of the dashboard that need to be replaced?
Cheers. Gus
Are we talking about the upper and lower fascia - the padded bit? If its complete and not rusted through just clean it up and recover it. Fill any holes with expanding foam and rub it all down. If its badly rusted look for a better used one. Mine was badly cut about in an attempt to fit a radio and i just riveted on a piece of metal to fit and recovered the whole thing with some cheap vinyl.
