Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the front seal on the gearbox main shaft of a series 3 (synchro box).

    Cheers, Mick.

    Hi Mick.
Got a gasket and seal kit from Rover Spares.
I will have a look and measure it, if it's in the kit.

From the Lightweight manual with the same box...
"Seal, plain, steel case, rubber element, 1•698 in. id.
Seal, plain, steel case, rubber element, 34•925 mm id x 50•13 od."
My replacement was listed as "gearbox input seal LT85 + LT95"
    Cheers, Kyle
