Given that every way of doing this requires engineering and a good working knowledge of Land Rovers, I should think there's very few if any that would take this on to be honest - maybe Les Richmond in Thomastown but be aware that they would be looking at big dollars to get it done, but I'd give them a call and ask. Failing that, they maybe on a hiding to nothing if they aren't up to doing it themselves and having it engineered.
I've seen at least 4 different ways of doing it as well, so even deciding on what box, what steering column, what chassis mods, etc would be hard work - you'd have to start with an Engineer and figure out what is acceptable to them.
