PCV on the carby not the rocker
electric shut off solenoid on the fuel jet
recovery system on the carby.
not something you see in aus, most of our gear was generally mounted off engine

Have exactly the same set (what left of it) up on my 1981 Series Three. Dispensed with the EGR valve and throttle prop. Took a lot of fiddling to get it to run right. Bugger all info available, Eventually tracked it down in a Leyland Australia Product manual.
