    Alternate fixings for floors

Just an idea for an unregistered farm ute. Would fastenings like this Mitsubishi 9mm Bumper Inner Guard Clip | Car Parts Clips and Fasteners be OK to hold the driver's and passenger's floor down instead of faffing about with trying to source Jesus clips and the correct screws?

I got a bag of screws and clips several years ago from four x 4, and they've served me well. Do let us know how you find these modern equivalents thanks.

Decided to stick with original fixings as they are readily available and cheap enough from British Auto Parts in Bayswater, Victoria. Good service, too.
