What model was this fitted to ?

In a job lot of parts recently purchased I found the panels pictured.

I'm told they fit under the steering column on a late Series III (Stage 1 ?).
One has square warning lights 'Diff Lock', 'Brake' & 'Park Brake'. The other has round holes where warning lights must have been fitted.

Could someone confirm which model they came from.

I recently saw something like this mounted in the centre of the dash tray in an S3, above where the panel cutout for the three 2 inch gauges are. Maybe that’s it?

Do the warning lights on the right and a square or round back on them ?

Square lights have a round back and two small protrusions.
The panel on the left has round holes with smaller holes either side, this would have had the square lights.

Thanks, now I know where they fit I might have a use for them.

Pretty sure all later model series 3 had them. I think to do with dual braking system so if on part failed you'd know. I'm think if there is a dif lock light as well then it's prolly from stage 1 or maybe even county?

The Brake warning light is definitely to do with the dual circuit brakes. The later series 3 with dual circuit brakes had a pressure differential warning actuator (PDWA) that would light up that light if there was a pressure difference between the front and rear brake circuits. It also had a pressure switch on the brake booster so the light would also go off if there was no vacuum. You can find the wiring diagrams for these if you search hard enough . The park brake light would obviously light up if the handbrake was on. Not sure if any of the series 3 had a diff lock from factory unless yo are talking about the centre diff lock in the transfer case of the stage 1.

    Cheers,

Looks like my stage 1 , diff lock and brake lights, bit of a pain in the rs to fit due to the stupid little screws
Not connected to hand brake , vacum and pressure
