Yes - but a bit of adaptation is required. Size, shape, and hinge position is identical, but lock and striker plate are not in the same position on either front or back, can't remember which. Door check arrangements are different, and modifications would be needed.
Same applies to the rear door, but the County has three hinges and the spare mount and the internal frame is in a different position.
Also note that the 1987 on County side doors are thicker than earlier doors, and this required moving the seats inboard about an inch and a smaller steering wheel.
Edit:- On the other hand the post 1987 doors are more robust and better engineered, although I don't like the push button handles.
