I have looked at your other relevant pics as well as this one TJWA.
I agree, the odd bolt spacing and closeness to the studs is an issue as is the removal of the webs on the hub.
Maybe the webs don't need to be machined off (or much less) if the disc is bored to a larger dia, or if the disc is ground out to match the webs. Rather then having the odd spacing the disc could be mounted/sandwiched between the hub and a machined (or laser cut) ring plate to allow for two socket head bolts between each of the five studs. The ring plate would allow for any issues with the clashing of the 5 to 6 stud issue and provide the mounting strength to compensate for the reduced disc mounting face.
