um - I don't have any on mine. I guess the school of thought on them was that the wheel being attached would hold the drum in place.
So - drill 'em out! :D

yep that seems the logical way to go. I have a small tub of loctite anti seize which ill be using some on reassembly. Its good stuff. should be used on suspension bolts and anywhere where its likely to corrode in a short amount of time. w.
