Try MR Automotive, the hi-speed transfers were a maxi-Drive item and they are re-manufacturing many of their parts.
Are spare parts readily available for high speed transfer boxes ?
The mainshaft gear in my transfer box is badly pitted in places (looks like poor heat treatment) so I need to source a replacement.
It has 31 teeth instead of the standard 27 teeth. I'd be happy with a good secondhand gear but knowing who stocks new ones will help.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
The 31 teeth gear is actually the gear off the output shaft.
All the gears and shaftts are std landy parts, basically just the mainshaft (27 tooth) gear swapped for the output (31 tooth) gear. Of course the difference in size means the intermediate shaft hads to be repositioned. The intermediate gears are a mixture of the earlier 2.88:1 and later 2.52:1 gears.
You should be able to get them anywhere
