Shipping can sometimes be worked out on cubic meter dimensions, so you have , a spanner, but are paying for 100 spanners in size.

It will be Interesting when the pound and $ move the other way. This will allow Australian business to be more competitive.

so far I have searched craddocks paddocks and lr direct and they are all good and bad in there own way. I see on lr direct you have the option of picking the make and i was wondering what is the difference between allmakes britpart and bearmach?

If you have a choice, go LR branded first, then OEM, then Bearmach, then Allmakes, then (and only if you have a barge pole) Britpart.

I bought several consignments of parts from the UK when I was rebuilding my D1. I had a few parts that broke as they were installed. Guess what brand they were?

i see there is normally bugger all difference in price between britpart allmakes and bearmach sometimes so that is good if bearmach is ok. I would go land rover when the price is close but sometimes it cost about 3 times the price of bearmach and I can not justify the price.
As we all know the main problem is the freight well I just looked at postage that would cost around 100 pounds here would only cost 18 pounds to where I would live inn sweden so guess what I am bringing back with me

true.I am nearly to the stage where I have everything and just needs extras or upgrades. The main problem with my resto is the bloody engine I have one that goes but will need work as it blows smoke but it is already in a completely original s1 and I do not want to take it out. I just wish the engine wasnt going to cost me so much
