from memory there are three good adaptor manufacturers in Oz, again I think all three were in Queensland, they are Dellows, Hadfields and Marks adaptors. I dont have any phone numbers any more but they would be who I would try first.

the good conversions use the landrover flywheel and radiator
the holden flywheel was much lighter and the unit would not hold revs as well and was less controllable at low revs..
the conversion were done two different ways to suit the the different layouts.
4cyl petrol and diesel
and 6 cyl petrol
the 6cyl petrol was the easiest cause it already had the extended firewall section.
the 4cyl conversion usually involved cutouts in the front crossmember.
been there done that, was an easier job than putting a holden motor in a hiace tho, they really sucked rocks...
