I was looking at the rotted remains on Wombat the other day. Are they not available new?
Hi,
Looking at making some check strap out of some conveyor belt.
I noticed on line the Lengths are different.
Measurements I found were, 31 3/4 and 34 1/4.
Which length fits which side.
Does size suit a SWB (88) series 3, standard suspension ????
Thanks

Yes,
Prices up to $50 plus postage.
Thought I would make my own.
Cost, $0

That $50 each? If so, that's $200 for a set which is plenty of justification for doing it yourself.
Four Wheel drives were about $16 per pair but you'd need to check with them.
Four Wheel Drives Pty Ltd, Largest Range of 4x4 Parts and Accessories in Australia.
They list 4 variations. '48 - '53, '54 - '81 SWB, '54 - '81 LWB, and Ex army.

You're doing better than me Colin, I can't find anything Series on there![]()
Their website only covers a few items, there is a catalogue they published a few years ago that lists everything.
Always worth a phonecall because they also have a lot of secondhand stuff.
PM your email address and I'll see if I can find a .pdf copy of the catalogue to send.

Thanks Colin. I've just sent them a message asking about the catalogue. If I don't have any luck from them, I'll get back to you.
Only go on the back don't they ????
