I have not placed this on the for sale section as this is not for sale as yet, but a discussion on the best way forward.
the following series of pictures is of series landrover parts.
They are up for grabs but most likely as a complete job lot.
In time what doesnt move will be brimabright scrap metal.
If you want a buy a single part in these pictures it will not happen, nor will they be posted or freighted.
there is a lot of it, some new, some good and some worthless and the owner of it doesn't want people ratting though it, or have to sort though it and deal with series landrover owners who are usually time intensive and poor money wise to deal with.
I have though about taking it on ...the whole lot.
just seeing what interest is around and what some of this stuff is worth.
Plenty of Zenith carbies ...been sitting in the open, as taken off vehicles.
plenty of series 2 and 3 mud guards.
plenty of second hand axles/half shafts.
I wouldnt find it.....a pto winch ????? bamford????????
I lot of it is junk too.
what do you think.DSCN0758 by john smith, on Flickr

Is this stuff worth saving and what would be the way forward.
the whole lot does have a dollar figure to it, but not separate items.
What would some of this stuff be worth ????? I know dollars amounts cannot be discussed here????????
If I took it on or a group of people......would it be worth it??????????
just throwing it out there..........I am to too worried either way......would it be worth the hassle of dealing with individual landrover owners......we all know how poor they are and difficult to deal with.
Ron.
Definitely worth saving. Did a similar thing a couple years ago with a deceased estate. The executors thought it was all scrap and maybe a lot of it is, but it is now at my place.![]()
