    Series 3 wiper motor

Thought to add this here, rather than Gilbert's page.
Dropped my single speed wiper motor off, to my local old school, Auto Electician, to get checked and see if it can be changed to a Two speed motor.
    Yes was the reply
Wiring can be regulated outside unit, giving two speeds, slow and fast
Fast being original speed, slow, half original speed
Wrong way. What year did two speed motors come in ???? As it appears that is what is needed for two speed wipers.

Mine has a 2 speed wiper motor, which is a '76 model. Zap a PM to the Ho Hars - they may have one. Although I haven't had a really close look, when I pulled it out ot just looked like a pretty standard Lucas 2 speed motor but not sure on how it attaches to the tube and I don't know where I've put it so a bit hard to go have a look at the moment sorry.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
