Aeroparts capstan winch drive plate dimensions

This question has been asked numerous times but here we go again....

Does anyone have a drive plate from the engine available that can be measured (Series II)
I'm getting ready to make a driveshaft and engine drive plate.
I understand that the drive shaft should be 190mm for a Series II and I have a Series I clutch operating shaft to copy.
I've seen pictures of the drive plate which show two drive dogs at the rear and the 3 pins in the front so I can make an educated guess at the dimensions but hoped someone has one they can measure.

I have most of the other parts but probably need to offer up the winch to check the driveshaft length before going much further.

Another question, does anyone know the thread in the front of the crankshaft as I'll need to source a bolt. I think I can find a starter dog which I can measure but I know it will take some time to find !

Dodgy looking 'replica', should only have three pins but this one has six . 100 GBP !!

The Ebay seller mentioned above has a genuine drive plate listed.

The drive dogs are badly worn (?) and it's missing the 3-pins 130GBP !!!

I had a look at some of his other items. If I can sell all the spare parts I have at the prices this seller is charging I should be able to retire comfortably !
When I get round to making the drive plate I might make a few extra's, could be a way to get rich quick.

I still need to confirm details of the thread in the crank, 3/4"UNF is mentioned on a couple of forums for the 3-bearing crank and metric thread in the 5-bearing ??

Just need to mount a chuck on my rotary table, make a flycutter for the splines on the driveshaft (any other ideas) and order some 4140 steel.
As usual it will take me a while to get this done but it will happen.

    G'day Colin,
Finally found the starting dog off my 2a 1966 3 bearing engine.
Measured the thread diameter as 0.744" and the thread is 16 TPI 60 deg. The length from shoulder to end is 1.025"
So the thread confirmed 3/4" UNF.
There is a grove at shoulder end 0.640" diameter and 0.193" wide.
    Hope this helps.

(Doing the door seals ATM. Interesting job in lock-down. Ended up using ALL aluminum pop rivets and my air rivet gun.)

    Many thanks Chris,

I was hoping it wasn't some bastard thread size, at least I should be able to buy HT bolts.

I have someone locally sourcing sample door seal material but I haven't heard from them yet.
Out of interest where did you get yours ? Is it a good match to the original ?

Slow progress getting set up to make the driveshaft & drive plate.
I was given milling machine by the father in law when he moved house many years ago and have never really used it in anger.
It's a vertical & horizontal mill and came with rotary table, machine vice and other tooling, cutters etc.

Busy mounting a chuck on the rotary table, purchased a cheap rear mounted chuck and have to drill through from the front to make it front mounted. Found T-nuts the FIL had made that fit the table. He didn't use the machine vice, only ever had the 200mm rotary table fitted with a large diameter plate mounted on top covered in tapped holes. Everything he machined was clamped to the top plate.

DRO on the mill had karked it some time ago, it was a cheap one the FIL had fitted as they didn't come standard back then. I've ordered a DRO & scales, then have the fun & games mounting them to the mill.
It came with a collet chuck but the collet set is missing a few sizes (sizes I need of course) so ordered a cheap set from Ebay.

Next will be to grind a tool for the flycutter to cut the splines.
