Hardura sound deadening
In an effort to tidy up my Series IIa Dormobile I'm looking at replacing the Hardura 'sound deadening'
I know it's not as good as modern materials but want the vehicle to look original.
My Hardura has been damaged, there are holes cut in it and it's been rotting from the bottom edge in a few places.
I found a local supplier of Hardura at approx $130 per metre then I have to cut, sew & edge bind. Edge binding material is approx $5 per metre.
Exmoor make a kit which you can buy through Paddocks (or other UK suppliers), cost approx $290 plus shipping & GST
A local supplier has the kit on offer at $399 plus $55 freight.
Does anyone have experience of the kits ? Do they fit well ??
