I remember reading on here years ago that someone was using flexible rubber Bailey channel in U-section aluminium instead of the usual metal Bailey channel.
There is a stainless backed version but this is quite expensive.
The standard Bailey channel rusts after a few years, especially if the vehicle is kept outside. I'm about to overhaul some door tops and wondered if anyone had success with a reasonably priced alternative that might withstand the elements.

Hello from Brisbane.
In answer to my own question earlier in this thread, you can buy things from the Series 3 and 90/110 Club without being a member. However, you can’t use the online ordering system but have to contact the club direct through its contact email address.
The fellow that I have been talking to suggested bulking up an order between several people to cut the shipping cost. Makes sense but unless those people live relatively close to each other you might not gain much by the time the consignment is broken down and various bits posted hither and thither.
Cheers,
Neil

Hello again.
I sent off my pennies to the Series 3 Club this morning and will wait to see what comes back.
Something good is my hope.
This will be the second attempt to re-channel my truck cab rear windows. The first attempt involved importing channels from the UK which promptly deteriorated with the rubber perishing and metal rusting despite attempts to prevent that.
Cheers,
Neil
