Station Wagon rear door lock ?

My Dormobile has a lock on the drivers door, home made manual lock mechanisms on two doors a Land Rover Series II window lock on another door but no lock on the rear door.

There are a couple of holes where something was fitted, I'm guessing another home made mechanism that flipped over to stop the handle moving. Problem is it means opening from inside.
How were station wagon rear doors normally locked ?

Looking at the parts book, two types, 306036 or later 320609. The latter appears to be the same as fitted to 2a front doors.

I cannot speak for series 2s but series 1 station wagons had door locks on all doors from the factory. So logically later models would have had them also. However it would seem they cannot be locked from the inside.

    Thanks gentlemen.

No evidence of a lock being fitted to the external handle so I think the two holes had something to do with a home made internal lock

I've attached a couple of pictures (apologies for the poor quality) of the internal locks on the other doors, one clearly home made. The drivers door has a 306036 key lock.

The drawing I've posted earlier is from the 61 catalogue. This is from a later one.

Remembered I'd seen some of those in amongst some parts recently purchased.
Four of them all RHS !

Found them at Paddocks so I'll order a couple of LH ones.
