Don't know about its value but I'd be pulling out/off anything that isn't listed on your policy before they see it just in case.
Just thinking about some research before I get further down the path of talking to my insurer regarding a hail damage claim to my 2002 build SE V6.
Given it doesn't take many panels before the repair costs might say 'uneconomical repair - write-off' wondering what the perception of current market value would be.
Condition is mechanical excellent, minor cosmetic scuffs (prior to hail damage).
Approx 100,000km.
Cambelts just done.
Less than 1000km on new AT tyres.
50mm suspension lift.
Towbar, factory roof racks, boot liner, plenty of storage bags etc.
Redbook says $9-11K, Carsales has a few advertised from $14.5-18K all with higher kms.

I think that about $12 - 13K is what they are worth. Dealer will sell for about $14-$15 and as a trade you would get about $8K.
V6s are no longer flavour`of the month due to perceived engine issues so if you could get a decent payout from you insurer I would take it but as the Utemad said remove anything that is nor screwed down before claiming. If you like FL1s the use the payout to get a TD4.
