go with whatever the tyre or rim requires.
a tube tyre is easier to get back onto the seats than a tubeless but is harder to assemble in the first placedue to the risk of damaging the tube on a assembly.
Dont try to run a tube type tyre without a tube in it. They usually let go when they warm up and If you're taking tubes take plenty of talcum powder.
If you're planning on working tyres in the field also make sure that you have liquid soap, a good ground sheet, a good compressor, some matches and a product like start ya bastard.
