    Defender Tdi clutch master cylinder

I tried searching but can't find it, there was a thread which mentioned the master cyl being just a trailer brake thing? Can anyone post up a part no.? Mine's bypassing and it's time to fix it. Thanks in advance.

Trailer brake master - 3/4 inch bore.

Your friendly trailer man will know what that means.

After you replace master cylinder, flush out fluid and fit DOT 5 brake fluid. My brother has had it in his defender for over 7 years and still going. He use to replace master and slave every 2 years

Went into Repco today with the Mcyl, the young bloke behind the counter looked on his computer and said "sorry mate only have genuine listing, have to get one in". Then I asked him about trailer ones, he showed me the trailer section and bingo! $36.81. Just had to use the 130 pushrod.
