David Norton have a fantastic DVD with excellent tutorial.
The quality of his work is fantastic and it is nice to appreciate his galleries.
I think that I am going to get one DVD
Perhaps more members would like to buy it as well and we ask David for a bulk order

Had a look at the site, wow, what a photographer. Nice, crisp shots, def as he says on his website the filters are a must to achieve any depth of colours below and above the horizon.

The price would be a scary factor tho.

I have to compare the Tiffen with the Hitech filters which are excellent as well.
Both of them are good and not so expensive as the awesome Singh-Ray filters.
