			wining Defender clutch

I have a MY05 Defender with 112K on the clock. I have a sound similar to a thrust bearing noise but when the gear is engaged and I am letting the clutch about half way out. The noise comes and goes (more likely when cold). Funnily enough the dealer couldn't find it when I went in for the final warrantee inspection. Any one with the answer? thanks

I agree with Allan. Likely to be the spigot bush. A very common fault with TD5s.

Box and clutch out, probable clutch change.
