    confused - interior colour - 2002 defender

    Hi guys

im a little confused, thanks to microcat.

the interior of the defender is grey not dark not light.. just grey. i need some of the large headed xmas tree clips near the seatbelt trims. In microcat according to the vin number the xmas trees should be dark granite, rather than mid grey.

Is dark granite really a mid grey colour and mid grey much lighter.. or.. is dark granite as i understand almost black?

    Thanks

    Steve

    FASTENER-LIGHT GREY

Don't know about that granite colour, but I think these are the ones both you and I are after.
    Definitely Light Grey

    Thanks Paul..

Strangely its not the one i am after... those on my defender are white! well a translucent kinda white... it gets them right!

its the actual major peices of trim i'm questioning and in particular one specific clip with a very large head that microcat insists is dark granite.. but i dont think the interior is... i think its mid grey...

    Thanks tho..

Hi Steve, may have a part# for you
FASTENER-FIR TREE MID GREY MWC5763LNP, or DARK GRANITE MWC5763LOY
I think these are the big ones near the seatbelt, Mid Grey may be yours

Hope this may be of some help,
    Cheers.

Yep they are the part numbers i have.. but microcat insists mine is a dark granite interior... thats the bit im confused over.. i guess i'll just have to buy both

Personally i wouldnt care much... but i have a Rachael that does.. and its in pretty pristine condition for a 2002.. so may as well try and keep it that way...

The fact that you are concerned about this indicates you should perhaps consider selling the shed and buying a disco/rangie, probabley an auto...
