    Brake Control Unit - Towing - Puma

    G'day Everyone

    Anyone here had a brake control unit fitted and if so what type and where have you located it. Your help/ideas on this is greatly appreciated.

    Just trying to figure out the dash and where to located things.

    Hi, I have a dexter controller that I have mounted in front of the transfer case lever. The brackets screws go into the foot heater vent pipe.

    Angle seems ok and has always worked properly as far as I can tell.

    Hi, I have old Tekonsha unit mounted under dash, passenger side,to centre. No probs. Transferred originally from previous 1985 County. Cheers.

    Jake MLR did a very good job of fitting the Redarc with remote switches into my Puma (It was taken out of my D2a).

    Thanks guys

    My car is with the Auto elec. They have managed to locate my prodigy in the little slot under the dash on the right side near the door part of the casing that houses the steering column has been carefully cut away and the Prodigy fits like it was meant be there.
    Having quite bit of elect work being done, winch wired in,driving lights, inverter rear light fuze box dual bat etc.
