Free, Scapping 88 2A chassis, front&rear diffs, wheels etc

    Free, pick up only.
I am scrapping a modded 88 2A chassis. (with id plate, i think formally 4cyl)
No rust (i think), but has had additions welded on in front of rad and brackets to take custom tanks, after market rear cross member, (but looks the part)and gearbox mounts moved to suit 250 cross flow/c4 auto conversion.
    Also free/scrapping
Rear diff Hub to hub, for 88, gear condition unknown.(no long axle or hub plates)
Front diff Hub to hub, for 88, gear condition unknown.
    Rear tub, ok condition.
    Front hubs and axles 4cl
4 sunraiser style rims (with old tyres)

A 2A 88 is worth $75 in scrap aluminum. And half a day in removing all bolts. 3 copper radiator cores are worth $70. Radiators are so much easier, beware parked cars.

Reminds me of a tale, told recently by a mate.

Not long after moving out from the Fatherland (many years ago), he noticed an old wreck, dumped on the side of the road.

He went for a bit of a sniff around to see if there was anything left to salvage, and found a copper radiator nestled in the engine bay. Copper was worth a few bucks, even back then, so he ripped it out, crossed the road and hopped back into his car.

2 minutes later, about to head off to the recylcers to cash in his bounty, he spots a bloke walk down the footpath, hop in the old car and drive off..........

    Wonder how far he got.
