    Clutch concern

    Hello All,

Just a question, is there diffrent length or types of Clutch Slave Cylinders?

The clutch was slipping more often then not (150,000K) so i decided to replace it while i was home this weekend.

Replacement all done, old clutch is a bit so so. Have it all back tpo gether and now i can not disengage the clutch to engage gears.
So i am thinking problems is either Slave is bypasing and in turn U/s
    or
I require a diffrent length shaft on the slave cylinder.

Has any one come across this before?

any thoughts appreciated, would like to drive to work on monday, not walk .

    Cheers

Adjustments are made at master cyl. as far as I know. The actuation rod is threaded and has a specified setting. I suggest you contact stig0000 he knows his stuff. Hope this helps.
