Something Strange has happened

I was cleaning the inside of the D4 on the weekend and at some point every time I opened a door, the radio came on for approximately 5 seconds. This is still happening.

Did I accidently hit something or do something to cause this?

I had the remote in my pants pocket so the buttons may have been pressed but other than that I have no idea what has triggered this.

Any ideas would be great.

Sounds like a software glitch . I've given up patches to make
the ICE not go to mute when changing source . Switch off , switch on ,
blah, blah .......................
