McNamara Locker

Ok after a few months of waiting,just got a call from Jeff McNamara to tell me that my Locker is ready to be sent
What I would like to know from people that have them is?

1/ What type of compressor are people using with their McNamara locker

2/ Where have people mounted the compressor in their Defender and where have they run the cables and airline?

Under the drivers seat seems like the most logical place,but I like that as a storage area for day to day things.

Did use a 12V no brand, going to pay twice as the over temperature switch is intermitent. Now going for home made endless air using A/C compressor, already have an air tank

2/ Where have people mounted the compressor in their Defender and where have they run the cables and airline?

Placed the 12V compressor under the drivers seat, still plenty of room for other stuff in there. Just make sure you provide a low air restriction path for air to get into compressor. One bloke I saw has a big opening in the side of the seat box to get access without lifting the seat.
Under the drivers seat seems like the most logical place,but I like that as a storage area for day to day things.
