Anyone got one of these yet? LR Seed Net&Wade Screen Combo - Dolium Pty Ltd

For $55 they look pretty handy

I got one just before I did 10000kms through QLD and Cape York last June. Easy to put on (4 screws near top of radiator), bog simple and quick to lower for creek crossings and keeps bugs from blocking the radiator making clean up easier when you get back. IMHO, a good investment.

I found that when both the seed and wade screens were rolled up it floats up and down over the 'Land Rover' on the bonnet depending on the speed, annoying. So I just chopped off the straps for the seed screen and the bottom edge ocky straps are now fixed length. I figured that when I used it I'd fit with the seed screen down permanently, so just the wade screen is rolled up/down when needed.

Works well.

it would be better if when rolled up, the rolled up bit was at the bottom.......was only thinking there could be the chance the wading one ends up undoing it self and rolls down while you are belting along the hi-way, other than that a top idea

All I can add is 10000kms in all conditions and the thing stayed firmly in place.
