    Servicing the 130

    Hi Guys

Im servicing the 130 TD5 this week for the first time.I have never serviced a TD5 as yet but have always serviced my toyotas with out any dramas.
I have just bought the sevice kit from rover tech.

My question is before i get stuck into it is there any thing i should look out for i.e left hand threads or better of filling the filter before screwing on???

    Appreciate any feed back.

    Cheers

    Dan

    Hi All

Pilbara from what I have heard having the right oil is essential, I.m not sure what grade but I think it has to be synthetic. Hope this helps some others who know more will probably share soon

T 55 torx bit for the gearbox filler plug and maybe one of those Tom Thumb oil filler pumps works a treat. Thats if you are filling the box with fresh oil.
