Depends how rough you wanna be (see my post on the "using tools properly thread")
Roughly speaking: take a new stud, grind a really good chamfer off one side of the flange and splines, sneak it between hub and rotor(disc), tighten and forget...
Otherwise hub off, separate rotor(disc), pull through stud.
Im sure Mr LR put five on there for a good reason... 4 spares!
