    Keith.
I just finished a keg of Brewcraft "Strongbow Cider"
Was good,I used a 1/3 of the supplied lactose, would use 1/2 next time.
They supply everything needed in the kit, around $40 from memory.

I use these kits for Simone as she loves her cider.
She likes them better than Strongbow bottled stuff but I reckon they're a tad on the "missing something" side.
She prefers hers dry but I add a 2/3 lactose to try and kick up the sweetness a bit.
Might try doubling the Pear Schnapps and use a 3L Berri apple juice when I do a new one next weekend.

I take mine to 21L so I can at least bottle 2 full PET cartons so this may have a slight bearing on the final taste being 3L over the brew designed volume.

    Cheers

    Andrew
