    New fj40...

Toyota FJ Cruiser (2011) Preview - Cars

could this be another way to get back into the '4x4' world?? (as oppose to the 200 series luxury car)

similar to the way it was originally brought in for the snowy mountains scheme

Someone from the US embassy in Canberra has been driving one (same colour as the pic) around Canberra for a few years - so not exactly a new car.

They are ugly. They have been in the US for a few years know. They are based on the Prado, but are smaller. ARB had one on display at Wandin a couple of years ago.
