Why don't you just bid for it yourself?????
Hi guys, Another long shot, but does anyone have any relatives/friends in the states that can buy an ebay item for me and ship it to me?
It's an old UHF Icom radio, and I would send the money via paypal before I/they bid for it.
Cheers,
Fraser

A lot of people in the states wont send out side of the states unfortunately I have come across this a number of times![]()
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
Just get them to package it up and sort out DHL to pick it up....
Most people are happy to do this.... Had a chap who was a bit like that but packing is packing....
I bid but put in a US address (a friend's place) for shipment.

This service works, I've used it myself. Shop online in the U.S from where you live | comGateway
Get them to use USPS (the post office) who have a service called International Priority Mail flat rate boxes. The boxes are free from the post office, come in several different sizes, can take up to 20 lbs in the two largest. The customs declaration can be completed and printed out from their web-site. This is the cheapest method of getting items up to 20 lbs out of the USA. I have been getting all my small tool orders this way since the surface mail service was stopped in 2007. Have a look at their web-site.

Yep, nothing wrong with USPS Priority International. All fully trackable online too.
