    9 yo boy dies in flooding, RR classic



    Floodings in Spain allways involve very fast and dangerous rising waters; this time a boy died after his father tried to cross a flooded stream. His mother and another 14 yo brother were able to escape from the car.

    That's sad, way too young to die.

    Why do people do this, especially when they have kids in the car.
