    Front grill assembly

    Hmm, need help

I forgotted how the front clip assembles and need to assemble it spaced correctly so as to make the bracketry for the W/A rad

What I'm after exaccery is, the radiator support panel/bonnet closing panel/thingy that's black and goes from one gaurd to the other, is where the big fat washers/spacers go, its held to the gaurds with 4 Loooong bolts, do these washers fit between the black bit and the grill bit?, also is there any spacers in the 2 bolts that hold the grill assembly on?

    Spanks

    G'day Matt,
Just had a quick look at my County. The ~3mm washers are between the black bracket thingy and the guards and measures 790mm between the guards.

Thanks Murray, can you tell me what about the grille surround relative to the washers? are the thick washers between the black thingy and grille surround, or grill surround and gaurds?

As far as I can see without taking the grill and surround off, the washers are between the black thingy and the guards. I think the grill surround fits snuggly into the gap created by the washers.

    Cheers, Murray

I'm glad to be of some help.

Watching your 120 project is making me want to get stuck into my 120, but priorities are delaying that..........Oh well !!!!

Mine's coming along far slower than I'd like too!

Oh and just for reference I had the bolts and washers from an A/C grille assembly, the non A/C assembly sandwiches between the black thingy and the guards, with now thick washers
