Scorpion ATR?
My 235/70/R16 Scorpion AT's are at the end of useful life and they dont make the R16 size anymore.
I love their performance in off road grip and quiet very good on road handling.
Anyone else had to make the change from Scorpion AT's to something else?
what did you choose?
how do they compare?
thanks in advance
Scorpion ATR?
Not sure what others think, but goodyear wranglers in the AT/SA or the AT the kevlars in my expieience are brilliant..Mine did the kimberleys the gunbarrel the CSR and plenty of off and on road and after 55,000ks still on the car and not 1 puncture,
I just bought a D3 and they will be the first thing I buy for it.
Others may not agree, but after owning coopers. BFG's. and Hancooks on the same car the goodyears win hands down
Cheers Ean
how do the Scorpion ATR's go in slippery clay/light mud?
tread patern is much more "on road than AT's of course which is my problem with them, but reports of puncture resistance are excellent.
Have had a good comparison report with the new Bridgestone D694 AT's as being as good as the scorpion AT's?
Anyone else got a comparison with the scorpion AT's?
Cheers
I have only had Scorpion A/T's, but run 245/75, a bit bigger than standard but have had no issues.
Am on my second set now after getting 110,000km out of the first.
This would be my recommendation, especially if you are happy with the Scorpion A/T's. My next choice would be the ATR's as mentioned they are supposed to be the improved version.
