					Hi,
 Won't be easy
You will have to remove the dashboard top, thats ok, 3 screws under the windscreen, one under an oval LR badge LH end, screw at the RH end.
That allows you to remove the lower panel with the clock in it. the a/c panel comes off with it.
Those 3 screws in the a/c panel are not original, the panel is held in from the back by screws and clips. They break, so I guess someone has added those screws.
The vac lines are connected to a soft red plastic connector to the push buttons, which leaks. I removed mine and connected the plastic vac lines with short bits of rubber tube.

 It's a pig of a job - be patient

 Cheers,
 Terry

Mine has retaining screws behind the LH dash grab handle (simply accessed from left when door is open) - lower front panel all comes out when these are removed, no need to remove dash top.

Thats interesting, mine has a moulded lip that goes up behind the dash top - maybe I can cut it off next time I go in there.
