    Motorbike Comms

Hi all, i'm looking for a little advice from those who have 2 wheels when not in their Landy.

What sort of comms do you use between youself and pillion as well as mobile and other bikes. Bluetoooth etc.?

I'm looking at a Senna SM10 and Scala G2. any suggestions would be welcomed.

    cheers

The best comms system I had when we had the BMW K1200LT was the Baehr system, absolutely brilliam with near perfect clarity.
Brought this from NZ at a place called challenger motors, (Tony)
It's expensive but for the pleasure and quality you can't go past it. It is a VOX system in full stereo. So good I could sometimes hear my wife snoring on the back.

We use the Scala Rider gear. Great stuff - me and SWMBO ride seperate bikes, but can still talk if we need to up to a few hundred metres - great when you want to pull over at a servo, or when you need to discuss where we are going, or why we are lost.... It has a good little FM radio built in, and the bluetooth to the phone is great - I can hold a clear conversation on the phone at 120KMH - and my bike has a LOUD exhaust. Most people don't believe me when I tell them I am riding while talking to them. Battery life is good - depending on use, you can get a whole weekend out of 1 charge. Two thumbs up.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
