    MUNDARING POWERLINES

Heard a rumour today (Wednesday 2nd) that the Landcruiser Owners Club WA got a memo/letter/some communication that the powerlines track is to be closed for repair by them. I am of the understanding that they are the volunteer track care club for parts of that area. Personally I think it may have referred to sections that are excessively damaged and need fixing up so as not to have the chicken tracks branching further and further from the track proper. Anyone heard anything similar, that is a lot of track to close with a multitude of entry points?

    Cheers,

    Peter.

Dont know about the Powerlines but the Cruiser Club did a lot of repair work on the Holland track in the second half of last year. They are obviously a committed lot and I take my hat off to them as it must of been real hard graft. I recon they will do a good job if they take on the task
