Geez, he lives in Canberra - what's he need a fridge for at this time of year ??
For those who remeber the old engel thread, I stuck one up I had here, not quite sure how my advertisement leads to negative feedback as its in very poor condition, one would figure a description such as rough as guts and its a beata would suffice?
Anyhow, here is the ad

Are you going to respond to the neutral feedback or can't sellers do that for neutral feedback.
What a jerk.

Yes, bit of a tool! I've been selling on ebay for ages and dealt with buyers like this before.
You can respond to any feedback left for you and I would encourage you to, its only a pity there are only 80 characters to work with, somethimes I want to say a whole lot more. I had a buyer who paid for an item 2 days before the easter/anzac day long weekend this year, I posted the following day once funds cleared, they left negative feedback on Tuesday (yes anzac day public holiday tuesday) because it had not arrived yet. Complained that it was a 2 day transit time so should have arrived Monday. It arrived a couple of days later but still had to wait a week for the negative feedback to be retracted (yes you can ask to have that done) and it effected my star rating because they can't be reversed and the buyer had given one star for each!
Ask them if they will change the feedback given the very clear item description. then blacklist them from bidding on any further listings.
Amazing how ebay constantly gets good prices for junk. If I saw a fridge like that at a garage sale I'd baulk at paying $30 for it let alone $150.
When I clicked on your link a few seconds ago, it showed 100% positive feedback.
I know that in sport these days people think you can give 110% effort, but surely in this case you can't have much better than 100% positive feedback.

Must've been disappointed that the hairy fridge-cover in the picture didn't come as part of the package.
