As for the job... not hard... just a bit long winded, lots of hoses to disconnect (including intercooler) but shouldnt take more than a few hours.. 
Start by removing the front crossmember (where the bonnet latch is) and work your way down.. 
Make sure you fill with correct coolant (red OAT stuff) and bleed it well.. and keep checking the levels.. if it was filled with green stuff before flush very very well.. 
I generally use a 1l jug to fill it up so i can keep a count of how many litres i am adding..
