    PUMA 130 REAR SEATS

    Hello
First time user of this forum.
I'm unable to pivot the rear double seat of the new Defender 130 towards the front of the vehicle using the strap.
I can pivot the single rear seat forward when pulling the strap, however when I fold it back it will not lock in.
Has anybody had a similar problem.
    Regards

as you get the seat back into upright position, pull down or push up the stap. I can't exactly recall which way but mine did the same. Kind of thought it was jammed or buggered, but it just the locking pin getting in the way.

    hope this helps.

    Thanks
Is that to lock the seat when folding it back?
I also have the problem in that I can not get the double rear seat to fold forward at all, no matter how hard or what direction I pull the strap

Are you aware the seats are bolted to the rear wall. I assume so, but if not there are 4, maybe 6 ten mil bolts that hold the upper back of the seat to the rear wall.

But after removing the bolts, there is a lever with a plastic nob on the side of the seat, it looks like the front seats lever. Pull it up and the seat rocks forward, pull the strap down and the seat fold over again. As mentioned before it could be in the revers order, but just keep fiddling and you'll work it out.
